of Bear Paw Lodge, you have the option (but of course not the obligation)
of renting out your property when you're not using it. Fernie Vacation
Properties has a well-established short-term rental management service
with 11-years of experience. Our enthusiastic and talented team will take
care of the marketing, booking, cleaning and maintenance of your home
within our pool of rental properties for a management fee of 35% of the
adjusted gross revenue your property generates. It's that simple.
